We do not manufacture, trade, broker, or sell products.

Your requirements are shared with manufacturers only after your approval of shortlisted options.

Manufacturers applying to join the consortium agree that:

All submitted documents and details are subject to verification before approval.

Membership does not guarantee orders, enquiries, or revenue.

Manufacturers are fully responsible for:

• Product quality

• FSSAI/compliance certifications

• Export documentation

• Regulations of the destination country

• Labelling & packaging compliance

Karnatic Exim holds no liability for manufacturer non-compliance.

Karnatic Exim operates the Consortium strictly as:

• A lead-generation platform

• An outreach & market access facilitator

• A connection point between verified manufacturers and global buyers

We do not participate in:

• Pricing

• Payments

• Manufacturing

• Contract negotiations

• Logistics decisions

All commercial discussions occur directly between buyers and manufacturers.

All website content, logos, graphics, text, and documents belong to Karnatic Exim.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

All terms are handled directly between the buyer and the manufacturer.

All pricing, negotiations, and contractual terms are handled directly between the buyer and the manufacturer.
